Sunshade, Sunroof: Removal
- Remove the sunroof glass. Refer to GLASS, SUNROOF, REMOVAL .
- Cycle sunroof motor to the vent position.
- Move the sunshade (1) towards the closed position stopping three to four inches from the closed position.
- Press the sunshade in the cross car direction on one side of the sunshade by applying a side-load to the shade while pulling up at the front centerline of the sunshade. This will cause one foot to pop out of the track.
- Rotate the sunshade (2) so that the other feet (1) are removed from the guide track.
