Latch, Hood: Removal

  1. Lift and remove the under hood appearance panel (1).

  2. Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the position of the hood latch (2) to aid in installation.
  3. Disconnect the wire harness connector (1) and unclip the wire harness (4).
  4. Remove the bolts (5).
  5. Turn the hood latch over and remove the hood latch release cable (3) from the hood latch.
