When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Pressure Control Solenoids:
- Ignition on.
- Output stages power supply is activated.
Shift Solenoids:
- Short to Battery:
  - Output stages power supply is activated.
  - Output stage is commanded above 5% Pulse Width Modulation (PWM).
- Open Circuit or Short to Ground:
  - Output stages power supply is activated.
