- The PCM does not see the Vehicle Battery system voltage drop more than a calibrated threshold during a Key Start Event, indicating that the normally closed PCR Relay is stuck in the on position which opens the relay.
- The difference between the Vehicle Battery system and the charging system output voltage is greater than a calibrated threshold indicating that the normally closed PCR Relay is stuck in the on position which opens the relay and does not allow charging of the Vehicle Battery.
