When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- With the engine running for more than one minute.
- The PCM has performed and passed the Zero Learn diagnostic (P1404).
- Throttle input indicating an open throttle condition for more than approximately 2.0 seconds.
- The EGR Valve position is commanded open.
- During normal operation the PCM monitors the difference between the EGR Valve open position actual and desired positions.
