When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- With the engine running
- With the vehicle speed above 96 km/h (60 mph)
- Throttle open for a minimum of 120 seconds
- Catalytic Converter temperature greater than 600°C (1112°F)
- With the downstream Oxygen Sensor in a rich state.
- ECT reading greater than 70°C (158°F),
- During a decel fuel shutoff event, the downstream Oxygen Sensor should switch from rich to lean within a specific time.
