When Monitored And Set Conditions

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:
- The Bus is awake .
- The Ambient Lamp is commanded to be on.
- The Door Module configuration is correct.
Set Conditions:
- The Door Module detects the Door Ambient Lamp Driver circuit is shorted to battery or open.
Default Actions:
- Incorrect lamp operation/ lamp on.
