Cable, Parking Brake: Installation: Rear

- push the parking brake cable (1) through the back side of the knuckle seating the clips on the other side.
- Route the parking brake cable (1) through the bracket near the equalizer and insert into the open bracket (2).
- Install clips and tie straps as necessary.
- Install the parking brake shoes. Refer to SHOES, PARKING BRAKE, INSTALLATION .
- Pull the parking brake cable (2) through the bracket (1) to make sure the tabs are seated.
- Connect the brake cable end to the equalizer (3).
- Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
