Rear Wheel Stud

CAUTION:
Do not use a hammer to remove wheel studs.
- Raise and support vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove wheel and tire assembly.
- Remove the hub assembly, including removal of inner race. Refer to HUB AND BEARING, REMOVAL .
- Remove stud (2) from hub with Ball Joint Remover (special tool #8677, Remover, Ball Joint) (1).
