Diagnosis And Testing - Stop Start Button

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2016 Dodge Durango. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

If the START/STOP button is inoperative, it may be caused by an invalid FOB with Integrated Key (FOBIK), or a FOBIK with a dead battery. To determine the cause of the problem, refer to BUTTON, START/STOP, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
