Cargo Area

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Raise and support the rear cargo area load floor panel.
  3. Remove the scuff plate (2) from the liftgate opening sill. Refer to PLATE, SCUFF, LIFTGATE, REMOVAL .
  4. Disconnect the body wire harness connector (4) from the Low Frequency (LF) antenna (3) located on the underside of the rear flange of the rear cargo area frame (1).
  5. Remove the two screws that secure the LF antenna to the rear cargo area frame.
  6. Remove the LF antenna from the vehicle.
