- With the scan tool, read the ORC/EPPM active DTCs.
Does the scan tool display active ORC: DTC B22A5-ELECTRONIC PEDESTRIAN PROTECTION MODULE (EPPM) DTC PRESENT and EPPM: DTC B2769-00 EPPM UNLOCKED-ALL DEPLOYMENT DISABLED DTCS?
Yes
- Refer to B2769-00-EPPM UNLOCKED - ALL DEPLOYMENT DISABLED and perform diagnostic procedure.
No
- Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE and perform the RESTRAINTS SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST.
- With the scan tool, read the ORC/EPPM active DTCs.
