Rear Seats

REAR SEAT






NOTE: Seat bottom cushion shown. Seat back cushion similar.

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the appropriate rear seat bottom or rear seat back cushion and place it on a workbench.
3. Remove the cover from the cushion (3).
4. Make note of the installed location of the heated seat element (2) on the cushion being serviced.
5. Route the wire lead and connector (1) out through the opening in the cushion.
6. Remove the heated seat element from the foam cushion by carefully peeling the element away from the cushion. Be careful not to remove excessive foam from the cushion.
