U0141-00-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH IPM (FCM/TIPM)

- When Monitored:
Continuously when the ignition is on.

The battery voltage between 10.0 and 16.0 Volts.

Body Control Module (BCM) is configured correctly.

- Set Condition:
Bus messages not received from the Body Control Module (BCM) for approximately two to five seconds.





VERIFY DTC IS ACTIVE
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read the active DTCs.

Does the scan tool display; U0141-00-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH IPM (FCM/TIPM) as active?

Yes

- Perform the No Response from BCM diagnostic procedure. No Response From BCM (Body Control Module)

No

- Perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure Stored Lost Communication DTCs.
