Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the cluster bezel from the instrument panel. Refer to BEZEL, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, REMOVAL .
Remove the four screws (2) that secure the instrument cluster (1) to the instrument panel base trim.
Pull the instrument cluster rearward far enough to access and disconnect the instrument panel wire harness connectors from the connector receptacles on the back of the cluster housing.
Remove the instrument cluster from the instrument panel.

NOTE:

Some of the components for the instrument cluster used in this vehicle are serviced individually. The cluster lens and the mask unit are serviced as a one piece assembly on the Dodge version, and on the Chrysler vehicles, the lens can be serviced separately. Following is the procedure for disassembling this component from the instrument cluster.
