Cover, Seat Back, Third Row: Removal: Removal

- Remove seat bottom cushion and cover assembly. Refer to COVER, SEAT CUSHION, REMOVAL or COVER, SEAT CUSHION, SECOND ROW, REMOVAL or COVER, SEAT CUSHION, THIRD ROW, REMOVAL .
- Remove the headrest (2) from the seat being serviced. Refer to HEADREST, REMOVAL or HEADREST, SECOND ROW, REMOVAL or HEADREST, THIRD ROW, REMOVAL .
- Remove the seat back panel (4) from the seat being serviced. Refer to PANEL, SEAT BACK, FRONT, REMOVAL or PANEL, SEAT BACK, SECOND ROW, REMOVAL or PANEL, SEAT BACK, THIRD ROW, REMOVAL .
- Using a trim panel removal tool (3) or equivalent, remove the seat back release strap bezel (1) from the seat back (5).
- Remove the seat back being serviced and place it on a workbench. Refer to SEAT BACK, SECOND ROW, REMOVAL or SEAT BACK, THIRD ROW, REMOVAL .
- Disengage the two elastic straps (3) from the bottom of the seat back frame (5).
- Disengage the seat cover retaining tabs (1) from the seat back frame.
- Disengage the J-clips (2 and 4) that secure the seat back cover to the seat back frame.
- Route the pull strap (7) and release strap (8) out of the seat back cover.
- Remove the seat back cushion and cover from the seat back frame and headrest rods (9).
- Disengage the hook and loop (1) that secures the seat back cover (2) to the seat back cushion (4).
- Cut and discard the hog rings (3) that secure the seat back cover to the seat back cushion and remove the cover.
