Engine Block Heater - Installation

3.7L/4.7L ENGINE





1. Thoroughly clean the cylinder block core hole and the block heater seat.
2. Insert the block heater assembly with the element loop pointing at the twelve o'clock.
3. With the block heater fully seated, tighten the center screw to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
4. Refill the cooling system Service and Repair.
5. Start and warm the engine. Check for leaks.
