Diagnostic Test

  1. PERFORM THE VEHICLE DEMAGNETIZING PROCEDURE 
    NOTE: A blank compass display indicates that vehicle degaussing is required.
    NOTE: After demagnetizing, the vehicle will enter Auto Fast-Cal when the ignition is turned on.
    NOTE: Ensure that the correct compass variance is stored in the compass memory. See "Setting Compass Variance" in OVERHEAD CONSOLE - SERVICE INFORMATION .

    View repair. 

    Repair 

    1. Refer to the OVERHEAD CONSOLE - SERVICE INFORMATION and perform the Compass Demagnetizing Standard Procedure.
    2. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1 .
