Instrument Panel Right Lower Trim: Removal

WARNING: Follow all Warnings for airbag component service (Refer to RESTRAINTS ).
  1. Open deck lid.
  2. Remove four bolts to battery compartment cover and remove cover.
  3. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  4. Wait two minutes for the airbag system reserve capacitor to discharge before beginning any airbag system or instrument panel component service.
  5. Remove the cluster bezel. (Refer to CLUSTER BEZEL  ).
  6. Remove the glove box. (Refer to GLOVE BOX  ).
  7. Remove the glove box striker. (Refer to GLOVE BOX LATCH STRIKER  ).
  8. Remove the two screws to the left of the glove box opening.
  9. Remove three screws to instrument panel right lower trim and remove from panel.
  10. Disconnect the glove box light electrical connector.
