Instrument Cluster Lens: Installation

Follow all Warnings for airbag component service (Refer to - RESTRAINTS -WARNING ).

1. Place the cluster lens over the retaining slots and firmly snap into place.
   NOTE: There are some "Rubber Boots" affixed to the bottom of the cluster mask/lens, where it interfaces with the cluster housing. Make sure these are present and positioned properly to prevent possible rattles.
2. Install the three retaining screws to the cluster lens.
3. Install four screws and two electrical connectors to the instrument cluster.
4. Connect one electrical connector on cluster bezel, place in position over retaining slots and firmly snap into place.
5. Connect one electrical connector to instrument panel center bezel and install six screws to center bezel.
6. Install center console (Refer to - CENTER CONSOLE - INSTALLATION ).
7. Connect the battery negative cable.
8. Place battery access cover into place and install four bolts.
9. Close deck lid.
10. Verify vehicle and system operation.
