When Monitored and Set Condition:

When Monitored: Whenever the ignition is in the RUN or ACCESSORY position.

Set Condition: When the BCM senses that the voltage on the Driver Window Switch Mux circuit is less than 0.69 volts for longer than 10 seconds.
