Riding Height

Vehicle height is adjusted by rotating torsion bar anchor adjusting bolt. Turning adjusting bolt clockwise increases vehicle height. Turning adjusting bolt counterclockwise decreases vehicle height. Adjust riding height with vehicle on a level surface and with tires properly inflated. Measure inner height from floor surface to underside surface of lower control arm rear pivot bores.

Measure outer height from floor surface to underside surface of lower control arm rear edge, at area immediately inboard of steering stop. Check inner and outer measurements, and adjust height differential to specification. See RIDING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT in appropriate SPECIFICATIONS & PROCEDURES article in WHEEL ALIGNMENT. After each adjustment, jounce vehicle before measuring to determine effects of adjustment.
