Section 69 (Stationary Glass): Windshield: Removal

Remove rear view mirror. (Refer to REMOVAL )
Remove the cowl grille. (Refer to REMOVAL )
With doors open, remove the weatherstrip from the side windshield moldings.
Remove the screws attaching the side windshield molding to the A-pillars (Fig 1 ).
Cut urethane bonding from around windshield using a suitable sharp cold knife (Fig 2 ).
Using a long knife, cut urethane bonding from inside the cab at the base of the windshield.
