Section 64 (Doors - Rear): Latch: Adjustments

  1. Locate the access hole and insert a 5/32 in hex-wrench through the hole and into the adjustment screw (Fig 1 ).
  2. Loosen the screw and operate the outside handle several times to release any restriction because of misalignment.
  3. Tighten the adjustment screw to 3 N.m (30 in. lbs.).
  4. Test handle for proper operation.
