Output Shaft Rear Bearing: Removal

- Remove overdrive unit from the vehicle. (Refer to OVERDRIVE UNIT )
- Remove overdrive geartrain from housing.
- Remove snap-ring holding output shaft rear bearing into overdrive housing (Fig 1).
- Using a suitable driver inserted through the rear end of housing, drive bearing from housing.
