Engine To Plenum-5.9L Engine

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Remove nut and washer from plenum (Figure ).
  3. Remove the attaching bolt(s) from the cylinder head(s) (Fig 1 ).

  4. Remove the nut and washer that secures the right engine-to-body ground strap eyelet terminal to the inboard rear valve cover stud of the right cylinder head.
