With Air Conditioning

- Position bypass hose clamps to center of hose.
- Install bypass hose to engine.
- Secure both hose clamps (Figure).
- Install generator-A/C mounting bracket assembly to engine. Tighten bolts (number 1 and 2-(Figure) to 54 N.m (40 ft. lbs.) torque. Tighten bolts (number 3-(Figure) to 40 N.m (30 ft. lbs.) torque.
- Install a new O-ring to the heater hose coolant return tube (Figure). Coat the new O-ring with antifreeze before installation.
- Install coolant return tube and its mounting bolt to engine (Figure).
- Connect throttle body control cables.
- Install oil dipstick mounting bolt.
- Install idler pulley. Tighten bolt to 54 N.m (40 ft. lbs.) torque.
- Install drive belt (Refer to DRIVE BELTS ).
- Install air cleaner assembly.
- Install upper radiator hose to radiator.
- Connect wiring harness to A/C compressor.
- Connect battery negative cable.
- Fill cooling system (Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE ).
- Start and warm the engine. Check for leaks.
