Propeller Shaft-Front: Installation

  1. Install propeller shaft with all reference marks aligned.
  2. Loosely install bolts to C/V and transfer case
  3. Install bolts to companion flange and flange yoke and tighten to 108 N.m (80 ft. lbs.).
  4. Tighten bolts to transfer case companion flange to 30.5 N.m (22.5 ft. lbs.).
  5. Install skid plate, if equipped.
  6. Lower vehicle and road test to verify repair.
