Test VER-2: Body Verification Test

- Disconnect all jumper wires and reconnect all previously disconnected components and connectors. If security key immobilizer module or powertrain control module has been replaced, reprogram modules. If central timer module was replaced, turn ignition switch to ON position for 15 seconds for module to learn VIN.
- If vehicle is equipped with Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS), use DRBIII and enable VTSS and EQ settings. Program all remove keyless entry transmitters and other options as necessary. If any HVAC door actuators were replaced or door linkage was repaired, using DRBIII, select HVAC, system tests, and HVAC door recalibration, and recalibrate HVAC doors.
- If any HVAC door actuator circuits were repaired, using DRBIII, test actuator circuits. Ensure all accessories are turned off and battery is fully charged. Using DRBIII, record and erase all Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from all modules. Start and run engine for 2 minutes. Operate all functions of the system that was malfunctioning.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position and wait 5 seconds. Turn ignition switch to ON position and, using DRBIII, read DTCs from all modules. If no DTCs are received, repair is complete. If DTCs are retrieved, perform appropriate diagnostic test.
