Rotor Minimum Thickness

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Dodge Dakota. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: Rotor minimum thickness is usually specified on the rotor hub. The specification is either stamped or cast into the hub surfaces.

Measure rotor thickness at the center of the brake shoes contact surface. Replace the rotor if worn below minimum thickness, or if machining would reduce thickness below the allowable minimum. See DISC BRAKE SPECIFICATIONS .
