Removal (With Rear Discs)

  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
  2. Lockout the parking brake cable.
  3. Loosen the brake cable at the equalizer and adjuster nut.
  4. Remove the cable from the front cable.
  5. Remove the cable from the equalizer.
  6. Remove the cable from the axle bracket.
  7. Remove the brake cable from the brake lever. See Fig 1.
