Radiator Fan Relay

NOTE: For fan relay testing, see appropriate fan relay control circuit test, perform the following diagnostic test:

On 3.9L and 5.9L, perform DTC P1491: COOLING FAN CONTROL RELAY CIRCUIT under DIAGNOSTIC TEST in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - DAKOTA - 3.9L & 5.9L article.
On 4.7L, perform DTC P0480: LOW SPEED FAN CONTROL RELAY CIRCUIT under DIAGNOSTIC TEST in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - DAKOTA - 4.7L article.
