Monitored & Set Conditions

Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) purge flow is monitored when engine coolant temperature is more than 170°F (76.7°C), fuel control is in closed loop, engine has been idling for 2 minutes, no low fuel level condition exists, Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor vacuum is less than 15.7 in. Hg and altitude is below 8000 feet. DTC will set when no airflow through EVAP system is detected by EVAP purge flow monitor after having passed Leak Detection Pump (LDP) test.
