Monitored & Set Conditions

Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor is monitored with the ignition on and no IAT sensor open/shorted faults. DTC sets after 5 warm cycles have occurred. A warm cycle occurs when coolant increases at least 40°F (22°C) to a minimum of 160°F (71°C) and the odometer mileage has increased 196.6 miles, and the air intake temperature has changed less than 9°F (5°C) change in temperature.
