Monitored & Set Conditions

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Dodge Dakota. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Engine coolant temperature is monitored after engine is started, battery voltage is greater than 10.4 volts. DTC will set if engine coolant temperature does not go above 15°F (-10°C). Failure time depends on start-up engine coolant temperature and ambient temperature. This is a two-trip fault.
