Installation (3.9L & 5.9L)

  1. Move shaft lever to manual LOW position. Using adapter, install mounting bracket into transmission. Install TR sensor into mounting bracket with the wiring connector facing the front of the transmission. Move shift lever to Park position.
  2. Connect harness connector to the TR sensor and lower vehicle. Refill the transmission fluid to the correct level. Verify proper sensor operation.
