Powertrain Control Module: Notes

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Dodge Dakota. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: If replacing Powertrain Control Module (PCM), correct vehicle mileage and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) must be programmed into PCM to prevent Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) from being set in Controller Anti-Lock Brake (CAB) module and Air Bag Control Module (ACM). To program PCM and clear DTCs from CAB and ACM modules, see PROGRAMMING .
