When Monitored and Set Condition:

When Monitored: Ignition on, battery voltage greater than 10 volts, Cruise is learned and powered, and the brake is not pressed.

Set Condition: The PCM detects an open or short to ground in the Speed Control Vent Control circuit. One Trip Fault. Three good trips to clear.
