Removal & Installation (2.7L)

Idle Air Control (IAC) motor attaches to the side of throttle body. See Figure. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Disconnect the IAC electrical connector. Remove the IAC mounting screws. Remove the IAC with "O" ring from throttle body.
To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW "O" ring. Tighten retaining screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Attach electrical connector to IAC. Connect the negative battery cable.
