Test 12C - No Response Instrument Cluster

Use ohmmeter to measure fused ignition switch output circuit at fuse No. 11. If resistance is below 5 ohms, repair fused ignition switch output circuit short to ground and replace fuse No. 11. If resistance is not below 5 ohms, replace fuse No. 11.
