Test 12B - No Response Instrument Cluster

Use ohmmeter to measure fused B (+) circuit at fuse No. 7. If resistance is below 5 ohms, repair fused B (+) circuit short to ground and replace fuse No. 7. If resistance is not below 5 ohms, replace fuse No. 7.
