Test 10B - Vehicle Communications

Use ohmmeter to measure fused ignition switch output RUN/START at fuse No. 17. If resistance is below 5 ohms, repair fused ignition switch output RUN/START circuit for short to ground and replace fuse. If resistance is not below 5 ohms, replace fuse.
