Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect connector from stoplamp switch. Rotate switch and remove it from brake pedal bracket. See Fig 1.
To install, insert stoplamp switch into brake pedal bracket and rotate switch to lock it. See Fig 2. Connect electrical connector to stoplamp switch. Press brake pedal and pull switch plunger to its maximum setting to adjust switch. Release plunger and pull up on pedal. Connect negative battery cable. See Figure Figure .
