Circuit Description

AIR BAG warning light will stay on if SDM connector is not securely attached to SDM. Shorting bar on SDM connector will complete circuit between warning light and ground. When ignition switch is turned on, ignition voltage is applied to instrument fuse for indicator lamp and also to AIR BAG fuse for SDM input terminal No. 10. If ignition voltage is outside range of 8.2-16 volts, AIR BAG warning light will come on and stay on.
