Lining Inspection

Raise and support vehicle. Remove rear wheels. Visually check brake shoe linings for minimum thickness and wear. Measure thickness. Install shoes in axle sets only. Install rear wheels. Lower vehicle.

CAUTION: The minimum discard thickness of brake shoe lining is 2 mm (.08"). Install shoes in axle sets only.
