Panel, B-Pillar Trim: Removal
- Move the front seat to the full forward position.
- Lift the cowl side trim (1) at the rear, then pull rearward and remove.
- Using a trim stick or equivalent, release the front edge of the rear door sill.
- Remove the door opening weatherstrip from the front and rear of the B-pillar.
- Using a trim stick (2) or equivalent, carefully lift the headliner and remove the hidden screw (1) at the top of the B-pillar trim panel.
- Move the seat belt height adjuster to the lowest position.
- Starting at the bottom of the B-pillar trim panel (1), pull by hand to release the retaining clips. The B-pillar trim panel can now be positioned aside for headliner and sunroof service. If removing continue with the procedure.
- Remove the trim cover (1) then the bolt (2) and the lower seat belt anchor (3) from the front seat.
- Feed the seat belt through the B-pillar trim panel and remove.
