Center Down Capture

  1. Remove the mid/rear headliner. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVAL  - CONVERTIBLE TOP, CONVERTIBLE SOFT TOP UNIQUE COMPONENTS or HEADLINER, REMOVAL  - CONVERTIBLE TOP, RETRACTABLE HARD TOP UNIQUE COMPONENTS.
  2. Remove the center rail trim by removing the two lower pushpins then carefully pulling the trim away from the center rail (2).
  3. Remove the clip (3) from the pin at the bottom of the down capture assembly (4).
  4. Remove the screw securing the top of the assembly to the center rail.
  5. Remove the assembly from the convertible top.
