Seats, Front Sedan: Seat: Removal: Removal: Sedan

  1. Slide seat forward.
  2. Remove the rear seat adjuster bolts.
  3. Using trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, remove the seat belt anchor trim (4).
  4. Remove seat belt anchor bolt (3) attaching the seat belt (2) to the seat.

  5. Slide seat rearward.
  6. Remove both front seat adjuster bolts (2).

  7. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  8. Disconnect all electrical connectors (1 and 4).
    CAUTION:

    Caution should be taken not to handle seat by adjuster release bar when removing spring loaded seat from vehicle.

  9. Remove front seat from vehicle.
