The M6 set screw in header casting (3) is to allow hard stop for adjustment of fabric tension in the top system. Over time with fabric relaxation, this may need to be adjusted t o eliminate wrinkling of the top cover.

1. Remove the top cover to the #2 bow to gain access to the M6 Adjustment bolts (1).
2. Adjust the set screw as necessary. Clockwise to move the header casting outward, tightening the top cover tension. Counterclockwise to move the header casting inward, loosening the top cover tension.
3. Verify glass engagement and header latching.
4. Check for water leaks or rattles. Refer to CONVERTIBLE TOP, CST AND RHT COMMON COMPONENTS, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
