Pan, Seat Cushion, Front: Removal: Removal

  1. Remove seat from vehicle. Refer to SEAT, REMOVAL  - SEATS, FRONT SEDAN or SEAT, FRONT, REMOVAL  - SEATS, FRONT CONVERTIBLE.
  2. Remove seat side shields. Refer to SIDE SHIELDS, SEAT CUSHION, FRONT, REMOVAL  - SEATS, FRONT SEDAN or SIDE SHIELDS, SEAT CUSHION, FRONT, REMOVAL  - SEATS, FRONT CONVERTIBLE.

  3. Remove the rear outer shield (2).
  4. Disengage the seat back cover (1) J-clips from the inner shield.

  5. Carefully pull the seat back cover up to gain access to the inner shield.
  6. Remove the mounting fasteners (1) and inner shield (2).

  7. Remove the seat belt retractor mounting bolt (3) and push retractor aside.
  8. Disengage the seat cushion cover J-clip (1).
  9. Disconnect the electrical harness from the seat pan.
  10. Remove four seat pan fasteners.
  11. Remove the seat cushion and pan from the seat frame.
